To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note:
Antiques & Vintage items are unable to be returned or refunded except for exceptional circumstances which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For an occasion as such please email houseoffenia@gmail.com with your purchase confirmation and case details.

We aim to dispatch your order within 48h. If your order is received after 2 pm, please note that it will be dispatched the following day. However, due to us being a Small business, this cannot always be guaranteed and we, therefore, ask for your understanding.

Please Note:
– No orders are dispatched during the weekend
– If you are purchasing from outside of the EU, you may be charged an import tax. This is the customer's responsibility to pay.
