Shipping Policy

We ship within Germany and EU via DHL & UPS. For Worldwide only after agreement of shipping cost. Shipping charges will be generated based on the customer's location and weight of the product. Item purchased will be processed within 3 business days.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.

All and any Customs charges have to be covered by the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, you have 7 days to return the product for store credit.  The customer is responsible for return, shipping cost and shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us at houseoffenia@gmail.com for instructions on how to process the return. Credit will be given only once the return has been processed and has no damages. 
 

After 7 days, all sales are final. All Vintage or discounted items as well as items purchased with a Discount Code are considered a final sale from the moment of purchase- they may not be returned for credit.

'House of Fenia' is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail process.
