Mostly, and that is why we say Vintage & Curious! That means that in addition to all our Vintage finds we might have a few newer items that can add a touch of charm and rareness into our shop and as a result in your home of course. Keep in mind that all our Vintage items are marked accordingly but you can always contact us with any questions you may have.
Yes, we do! If your destination is not listed, please email us at houseoffenia@gmail.com for a bespoke quote and we will get back to you asap.
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to duties, taxes, customs duties, and/or handling fees by the destination country that we have no control. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Therefore the customer is responsible for paying these charges, which may be done through your local customs office. If these charges left unpaid, or if a customer rejects their item at customs, the shipping cost to return that item to House of Fenia, will be deducted from the original product price and the rest will be refunded to the customer.
This is always very disappointing but sadly this can be and we are of course happy to help resolve the issue. Please email pictures, a brief description of the damaged goods, the order number, and your shipping information to houseoffenia@gmail.com We will review everything and follow up with the next steps to determine the best resolution. Please note that antique or vintage items will display wear consistent with age and may not be returned or refunded, as stated. It is therefore important that you thoroughly check your item/s for any damage at the point of delivery, if this is impossible then please sign for them as ‘Not Seen’, and if that is no option make a written mark on it.
