To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24h. If your order is received after 2 pm, please note that it will be dispatched the following day. However, due to us being a Small business, this cannot always be guaranteed and we, therefore, ask for your understanding.
